i have 20mg pills and i take about 1/3 to 1/4 of that. It makes you 9th grade hard and lasts prob like 3 days. it wont make you stay hard 24/7, just when you get an eraction its at full hardness, so because you are at max hardness you are also at max size

idk if it make refractory period faster, it seems like it does because basically in cases where you wouldnt get hard again a second time it will start to get you hard, so i had have some occasions when i was trying to go for a round two pretty early but couldnt cum because i wasnt ready.

I got it just to see what all the hype was about.

I take 50mg sildenafil and will have rock hard boners for no reason at all and the effects last a couple days. Granted it's intense for about 4 hrs but will just pop random rock hard boners for up to about 3 days. Then it's back to normal boners, probably 75 percent of what the pills do.

What makes you want to switch it up? When I first spoke to my doc I wanted to go with tadalafil but they ended up giving me sildenafil(possibly by accident). Since I don’t really need help and just like the extra boost I figured tadalafil would work just as good. Plus it’s easier to just take it on an empty stomach and get it in my system then be able to eat and drink as desired with no worries. I’ve also heard that it’s less likely to have the side effects like flushing, but that probably varies from person to person. Plus I heard it offers more of the other health benefits since it acts on your system for 24+ hours. Just decided I should try both and see which one I prefer, or maybe even just have both onhand if it ends up that I like one in certain situations and the other in different circumstances.
