I think he's def onto something with some of his methodologies but you can tell (scientifically) he doesn't know wtf he's talking about a lot of the time
Awesome pics. Great size. Look thick. Solid. Tight. Keep us all posted on your continued progress with any new progress pics or vid clips. Show us what you got man. Wanna see how freakin' huge, solid, thick and tight you can get. Thanks for the motivation.

I think everyone should do some of his methods, purely for longevity and quality of life.

I'm not sure of the exact science either, but the idea is simple: if you overdo one aspect of training and fail to train the opposite (opposite muscle on same limb, or opposite limb, etc) you'll be on a path to injury.I think he's def onto something with some of his methodologies but you can tell (scientifically) he doesn't know wtf he's talking about a lot of the time

i did some of his programs for a few months. he does come off as salesman-y but he explains things and his reasoning is sound. it helped, but no exercise is going to grow back my missing knee cartilage.

People are always trying to tell me about a "new" way to train or some "supplement", but like you, my pain is literal bone grinding on bone

I gladly recommend him to friends with knee/other leg injuries because I think he has a lot of really good ideas, and his exercise recommendations can be much more athlete-oriented than most PT programming, which is often, for lack of better words, some pussy chit.
My one gripe as I said above is some of his claims. The one that stays in my head is, "yeah, I've been doing weighted tiabilis raises for about 6 months now, and I can do 25% of my bodyweight for X reps, so I figure 30% is world-class level." You fukking wot m8? You've only been doing this chit for 6 months with n=1, and saying X percent of BW guarantees "world-class" is pretty retarded. I think some of it kinda comes down to him not really being a strength training guy but more of a practical athletic guy though.

I think his exercises are useful and for all his selling, he does put out quite a bit of free stuff.
The one thing I don't like is him reaching out into nutrition and working with Mr 40 tablets a day Charles Poliquin. I hope that isn't a sign of things to come.
