This Is What An Elite Athlete Looks Like (vid)

See I love the delusion of Juicing Bodybuilders and Powerlifters on here.

You aren't athletes. If you didn't compete in a sport and bodybuilding and powerlifting don't count you aren't an athlete.

You see this? 190 for 5 on 3rd set after a 2year layoff and shoulder surgery.

Get on my level 52 and 100% Natty

And I am undecided as to whether I agree if a bodybuilder is not an athlete, but powerlifters definitely are.

Many athletes on many different sports are on OJ and they are still athletes. Lance Armstrong, Marion Jones, Anderson Silva, et al all used PEDs. They are cheating, but they are still athletes.

Who's on juice? Are you implying I am? I am 43 and have never touched the crap. I don't even drink protein shakes on a regular basis.

You would think someone as old as you would know how to lift.

The way you're locking your elbows like a colossal buffoon makes me cringe.

I have a novice lifter I'm teaching and he's only working out with 105 so it's easier to strip plates for his sets this way.

If you don't use frm or lockout then no reps count.
