as a man just dont get fat as you age and aim for 10-13% bodyfat with some muscle. any dudes past 30 i see walking about always have a gut or are skinny fat as fuk

Actually it is a race thing

Lighter-skinned people have less UV protection. Photoaging (damage from the sun) is one of the main causes of glow loss. A lot of white people are living in countries with high degrees of UV exposure.

Also a lot of white people (since you brought up race) tend to be into tanning and are negligent when it comes to skin care. Other races can get away with it to some degree due to a higher melanin content but even still "Blacks don't crack" for example takes proper skincare.

Sunscreens back in the day also had a lot of parabens in them which could actually accelerate aging and cause skin cancers. It's better now but still to be on the anti-aging tip you really have to be proactive about it but so many lifestyle choices (tanning/sunbathing, eating too many processed foods, alcohol, sugars) can knock people off.

So you're saying people lose their looks as they get older and settle down with a mate? Most peoples main reason for looking good is to attract a mate....unless you are a homosexual like 99% of the misc and you maintain your looks to impress other paggots at the gym. I took my foot off the gas with lifting when i started getting injuries. I focus on lower weight, higher reps and cardio these days. I still care about how i look but a huge percentage of the population stops caring when they either get married or have enough wealth to overcome looking chubby.
