Aside from:
1.) Thumbless/Suicide Grip
2.) Not walking your feet back/under your body to generate more stability/force
3.) Not retracting your scapulae and opening your chest out prior to starting your set

Not bad at all.

A few other tips:
1.) Warm up your Shoulders first thing before do any chest work. This includes doing some face pulls to help warm up the Rear delt and then Rotator cuff warms ups (this will help your shoulders move more like you just greased them with WD-40). Also do some Forward lat pull downs. Just enough to get a decent warm up. The lats effect the shoulder also.
2.) Hit some tricep warms ups also and keep the front delts warm through your compound chest exercises for max benefit
3.) Consider adding push ups to your chest day but you need to alter your stance some. DO this by turning your palms OUT so your fingers are facing IN. Youll generate more force this way

OP really bragging about benching 190 for a set of 5?

There’s a natty 60 year old at my gym that reps 225 like nothing. You can’t be fat AND this weak. 52 isn’t even that old

not sure what is going on here but i assume he is enhanced but what you say isnt true at all. While its true that he CAN reach supraphysiological levels throughresearch chemicalsthat remove genetic limits, it still requires the balls out, "work till you chit yourself then do another set" hard work. Even if you do hope on 1000mg trenbologne sammiches every week but dont train, the gains you make, if any at all, wont be noticable. Simply attributing an enhanced athletes success almost solely to gear is just a coping mechanism. Sure, they are giving you chit for this and that, but be the bigger man and give them praise. Give THEM a reason to be better. To be like you.

With zero proof, and now you're 50 with some crazy WebMD parroting about OJ.

I believe you, old troll.

Sounds like you never learned to lead by example and still have to make feeble attempts at chest beating at your old Al Bundy football storyline.

Lol like people keep old trophies from HS.

You know benching 400 or competing in a powerlifting meet wasn't really something we took the time to take the old portable
Television studio out for. Hell I never owned a video camera until after 2000 most likely.
