When it comes down to it. You're in your 50s and have literally been lifting for 30 years. And you don't look like you lift. Based on that gut you aren't any healthier then a non-lifter or someone who intelligently uses anabolic's either.

So the question becomes, why stay natural? Less healthy. Less fit. Nothing to show for 30 years of training.

With modern knowledge, medicine and nutritional knowledge. Why are we acting like being fat and weak is better then being lean and strong?

yeah i dont disagree with you at all. But you "not read that chit" just means you probably dont have rebuttal because if you did you would have given it but instead, you went with "oh well you i'm not reading that and your analogy was lacking." Thats the equivalent of "I know you are but what am i???"
If you wanna disagree with me then just disagree. But until you actually UNDERSTAND that Gear only removes natures safe guards and allows you to do more, recover faster and NOT to achieve greatness WITHOUT putting in the hard work, diet planning, re-planning, recomping, rest, recovery, and EVERYTHING else that a natty does....then sit down because you just sound ignorant.

How many HS football players are there? 2 million 3million? More?

There's only about 5000 freshman football players at the D1 level and about 23000 total players including 5th year seniors.

So you have millions competing for only 5 to 8k spots.

The NFL boils that down to 1500ish total players including veterans so now you have 23k guys competing for maybe 300 to 800 spots.
I guess you and I were both D1 athletes and we are both 50.

Except I’ve been to the dark side….

You don't get progressively stronger over 30 years of lifting. You will peak during your younger years, then maintain, then slowly decline. OP is lifting after a break, and after shoulder surgery. I would say that he busted out a good set all things considered.

FYI I have inclined 120kg/265lbs before, but currently struggle to incline even 70kg due to pain restrictions.

I take my hat off to you OP. Do not get rustled by the naysayers.

Lifting mediocre weights as a boomer doesn't give you an implicit right to be an arrogant kunt, especially when most of the people you're being a kunt to are stronger than you.

Lol I haven't lifted for 30 years. I lifted hard from 15 to 23. Then basically only worked physical jobs until 40 when I got divorced.

Then I started working out again. And I have 3 to 4 years due to injury and surgery in the last 12 I couldn't do much.
