Conservative miscers — why are you guys so fanatic about Trump.

I understand voting for Trump because Hillary and Biden were worst candidates. But there is quasi-religious, obsession with Trump on the right especially on the misc. it’s pretty obvious that he was grossly-incompetent, narcissistic egoist and trust fund kid. Yeah he has hustle and a work ethic, but he has non-existent emotional intelligence and can’t even go a day without tweeting something excessively stupid, cantankerous, and vulgar. I just don’t get it; again, I take him over Biden and Hillary, but he was and always will be remembered as an incompetent clown.

I wouldn't call it fanaticism in most cases just a better option than the dementia patient we have now. I'm not even a real supporter but he had better policies than this fuking weeble wobble. His "mean tweets" were also massively entertaining.

He supported mental treatment programs over even more strict gun control, going for the source of issues

Only one with the sack to stand up to China and promote domestic manufacturing

No bull**** social programs for illegals

Abraham Accords which is the first middle east peace treaties penned in close to 70 years

Trump is a false hero and controlled opposition. Same with Mike Lindell, Qanon, Nick Fuentes, "Awaken with JP", etc.

They speak some truth but it's muddied and intentionally misleading as to where the source of the problems come from. And when the rubber actually meets the road, we can see both sides of the political spectrum have the same end goals - I don't know why it's so hard to believe that both sides of a coin are equally phucked up.

Irritates me somewhat when people are able to recognize there's an issue with the system, but completely misidentify where the problem stems from - they think they're accomplishing something by preaching "hold the line" (cope harder, cuck), "MAGA", "Vote harder" etc. Your elections won't phucking fix anything.

Trump was the only option we had in 2016 and 2020.

I hope Trump backs down and we have DeSantis in 2024.

I'm a Canadian conservative. Bold of you to assume conservatives blindly support Trump though OP. Strong generalizations. We have a shared set of moral structure that is not aligned with one particular figurehead. I'm sure for most American conservatives he's simply a better option than what's currently being put on display in the White House.

EDIT: If I was American I would vote Desantis 100%, dude is respectable and would be great for the country IMO.

What year is this? Trump totally gave up a year ago and left his people to rot. Now he shills the injections.

He was great during the elections and his policies were great economically. But the country didn't need an economic president, it needed a strongman to throw all the leftist ****hots out of helicopters, in jail, or to a gulag in Alaska.

If the world weren't so fukked and democracy so gay, Trump would have been the ideal president. As it stands he's still the best in the last century, but just not good enough. There was too much rot that he couldn't clean up.

He was a literal Troll in during the Age of Trolling. Perfect storm. Anyone with half a braincell can tell he is so full of absolute BS that's its hilarious. And that's just it - do it for the Lulz, the country is ****ed anyway with only gutter trash as options for President, why not? He's the epitome of Billy Madison "Knibb High Football Rules!!" and the crowd goes wild. Libtards spend all their time hating on him but would be crying so many more tears if an actual Conservative was in power.

This.

The enemy of your enemy is your friend.

Im not a trumper cultist, but I truly appreciated how he trolled the left, and his policies were working. As a person he is about as mature as a 12 year old girl with the ego and tweets, but hey, he wasnt hilary, and he did a good job while under constant irrational attack from all sides through the controlled media.

But his time is now past, and we need a new leader going forward. The well is too poisoned with Trump. Say his name in mixed company and watch the women's faces. That says it all- they are so brainwashed to hate him its just never going to work with him dividing everyone.

Pretty decent politics and not a RINO.

My favorite is that he is really good at bringing to light liberals who pretend to be good wholesome people, when they are absolutely despicable and massively corrupt people. Actually fought back when most conservative politicians are too pussy and exposed that the modern day left is just one massive cult who are MASSIVE hypocrites.

Trump didn't do anything to cause instability though. It was the media, woke activists, and leftists who riled everyone up and started the riots and all the division.

He created peace in the middle east, started no wars, and even got Kim under control

This. Liberals created chaos, divided the country, and then blamed it on Trump.

As far as the appeal of Trump.....he's not perfect, but conservatives liked him because of his non-politically correct and tough approach.

After decades of "conservatives" like McCain, Bush, another Bush, Romney and others....people were so tired of how conservatives just allow themselves to be pushed around by the media and the left. People were tired of the milquetoast, politically correct, soft conservatives that are terrified of being called "racist" or "sexist" and end up conserving nothing.

he let me and others down when he basically was bush lite and was a total retard in personnel decisions.

that being said least he did some good on the foreign policy front thats about it. domestically was a total failure and let jared run the country. ppl are fanatic about him cause they are done with the system and the establishment. as dumb as trump can be, we are ran by truly idiotic people that lie nonstop. all trump had to do was actually learn how to govern and stop trying to win the approval of maggie haberman.

even trumps base boos him when he does his vaccine salesman pitch. cant say the same for democrats.

I’m a Right-winger who dislikes Trump because he isn’t far-right enough. His pandering to people who will never vote for him was pathetic. He did more for people that hate him than he did for his own base.

"Conservatism miscers" is very unlikely, Trump himself is openly very left leaning always has been and always will be yet most miscers loved him and continue to love him, so I doubt anyone here would support him like that as a "real right winger".

No one who is visiting this website regularly is a "conservative" they may vote Republican but not an actual "Conservative" like they claim to be. This does include the fake "DeSantis 2024" people, no one here knows anything about politics, no one here actually knows or cares about "DeSantis 2024" they are just following whatever crowd they think is cool and they think "real" right wingers will support...

It is all about fitting in with whatever crowd you think is cool. Same thing with Obama 08/12, Trump 16, Biden 20...no need to lie about it, just say you like whoever you are voting for because other people on the internet think he is cool....

Most of the time is just the label lefties give to anyone who doesn't like Biden or liberal policies. Much like "If you don't see the problem, you ARE the problem you disgusting racist chauvinistic bigot!1"

Trump is a nationalist. When I say that, I mean he's America first. He isn't some wacko like Musselini, despite clueless idiots comparing the two and calling Trump a dictator. And yet Biden is trying to fire millions over a vaccine that doesn't work for a virus with a 99.9% chance of survival. Who's the dictator?

Why do you think the media (and world at large) was so anti-Trump? Because the elites are all globalists, and he was in their way. They control the media, big tech etc. Basically, whatever they want the media to say, the media will say. So they decided to make up the whole "orange man is mean and racist" narrative, and all the clueless followers bought on. They needed Trump out to push their agenda, because he wasn't going to put up with their crap.
Nevermind that Biden betrayed Afghanistan, is letting Iran build nukes etc. Since the mainstream media doesn't talk about it, it must not be important. But hey, they can spend time talking about the Jan 6th riots instead (but none of the BLM rioting, looting, and murdering).

Biden isn't even a globalist, he's just an idiot. But he can be used for whatever the powers that be want him to be used for.

This world isn't going to have a good leader till Jesus comes back, and yes I'm serious in that belief.

People are blinded by the entire right vs left dichotomy.

In politics, for the past 3 or 4 decades at least....its only been globalist vs nationalist. And real nationalist that has appeared other than Trump. All of the candidates they would put up for election would be globalist vs globalist. Then they will distract voters on "left vs right" pet issues for theatrics of opposition.

Just like Bush never put America first, Obama never put America first, Clinton never put America first.

And you can clearly see Biden is not putting America first

That's what it comes down too

That's why literally every single entrenched institution (the globalists) freaked out over Trump so much. They don't want nationalism. It hurts their bottom line.

We didn't worship Trump. He ran on a specific to do list, and surprisingly stuck to it. No bait and switch, no buyers remorse, he stuck to what he said he would do. The policies he had in place were also effective. The country was benefiting from it. He also wasn't the typical Republican politician. He didn't bow down and let the media define him. He pushed back on nonsense with unflinching resolve. Most Republican politicians don't fight back. Democrats play the game like it's a fight to the death, MOST Republicans act like its a game of touch football. I've waited my entire adult life waiting for a Republican to take off the gloves, wake up, and fight back like you're actually trying to win.

This all made him very appealing to right leaning people. Having said all that, some of the rhetoric was a bit much, he was raw to say the least.

Had he made policy changes that I was against, or if he started drifting in the wrong direction I would not have supported him.

I supported him in spite of his flaws. His tweets didn't make me follow him, his policies did.

Edit: I forgot what I was wearing.

Didn't vote for him in 2016 either. I preferred him to Hillary and didn't vote for her either. The state I lived in was 100% going for Trump so I voted 3rd party as a protest. If I'd lived in a battleground state, I would probably have voted for Trump. I did the same in 2020, voted for Trump because I thought he did a very good job, not because I liked him.

But I have a major issue with his character which I think is emotionally unstable and disordered. I believehe truly dgaf about anyone or anything other than his own self interest and money and power. He’s basically a fascist dictator wannabe. It’s intolerable and dangerous for the country because his huge ego makes him easily manipulated by Putin etc.
I get where you're coming from (see my comments above). I've never felt like I could really trust Trump. Mostly I guess I would say I trust him to do what's good for him. However, he had a 4-year track record suggesting what he thought was good for him was also very good for the country. I particularly agree with the bolded part above, but I think that is generally true of most/all politicians. Others just hide it better. Do you not think the bolded is true about Obama or Biden? It's kind of amusing to me that someone who is as red-pilled as you regarding relationships might still be blue-pilled regarding politicians.
