Okay so let's say Microsoft having the deep pockets they do, buy out the major game companies, Sony loses and is forced to leave the gaming industry and just make hardware running gamepass. I'm sure this is your wet dream but going deeper, do you think this is a good thing for gaming when gamepass is now by far the only alternative?

Why can't we just have a few companies with their own directions and gamers get the choice to go to whatever one fits their needs.

For me personally there's something about this subscription based service and not actually owning your games that I just dislike fundamentally. However if it's the future I don't want one company having a monopoly on it. If only one company has this ability in gaming and forces other platforms off it, then they can raise their prices or release half assed products and gamers then won't have a choice but to get rammed up the ass.

Question, does the halo infinite and forza have microtransactions for cosmetics? The miscrotransaction trend also sickens me and I feel like gamepass is the move to get gamers hooked on miscrotransactions.

I'm just an old school dude who enjoys getting lost in a good game to escape reality for a couple hours a day but maybe eventually I'll also have to bend the knee.

After owning almost every PS and XB I have decided I won’t be buying the next PS. I said the same about the 5 but curiosity got me and I may as well sell it. I simply never play it. It’s geared too much for children and the controller (that fanboys claim is the end all be all) has always felt like it’s made for kids as well. I think people should play what they prefer but I’ll still never get how anyone that’s actually spent time on both can say PS>XB. It’s not even close to me.
