It's great seeing Josedawg's cognitive dissonance on public display for everyone, and it's even better when he wants evidence to prove his point wrong when he never gives evidence to prove others' points wrong. Glorious.

As a 49er fan who watched the game, the defense (game ball) with Bosa and Warner were on fire!
Rogers is 0-4 against the 49ers in playoff games.
Rogers is 0-4 against the 49ers in playoff games.
There is an unspoken thing, we are iron brothers and sisters, we are to support each other and...It is our duty to support our brothers and sisters in the iron game!

The entire job of the QB in those instances are to not turn the ball over, and to flip field position in order to potentially get in field goal range.
Jesus Christ I'm talking to legit elementary level football watchers here. Do you guys get any sort of strategy behind football? Have any of you actually played the game besides on Madden?

You think that’s what Aaron and the offense talked about all week? “Let’s try to get 10 points on the board and have our defense take care of the rest.”
Horny.

Now, we wait for the excuses from his fans.

It’s not like he was overthrowing receivers and making terrible choices on the field. He didn’t give away the ball with ints.
It’s not like he put up 3 ints like Brady last year in the nfc championship game, or laid an egg like Brady is currently against the rams.
The difference in the game was the missed fg and the blocked punt.

Those aren’t fair criticisms of Rodgers from the game. He was very accurate aside from a forced throw to Adams, and escaped defenders multiple times to extend plays.
What specific plays did he choke on?

Erin was trying to change the narrative of his legacy as a guy who comes up short, and he fell flat on his face. Your feelings don’t change that

The game was basically a great first drive, a great second drive where Lewis fumbled, and then a bunch of drives where they try to run, get to third and 8, and then Rodgers runs for his life as nobody is open and pressure arrives instantly.
To say Rodgers played poorly would imply he was horribly in accurate, threw ints, didn’t protect the ball, made bad decisions, etc. you can’t really say that about the game.
He was accurate when asked to throw. He missed an open Lazard toward the end. He had a few drops and the fumble by Lewis was a game changer.
Similar to the Seattle game years ago, special teams decided the game.

Blanket statements that ignore all factors are useless. It’s why Brady gets praised as the goat for chucking 3 ints in playoffs games because his d bails him out.
Rodgers wasn’t the problem yesterday.

Is Matt Stanford suddenly a good qb because he has an elite defense and competent offense?
Why didn’t he win playoff games before being on the rams?
Wind and losses are all on the qb, after all…

Expectations for Aaron Rodgers now: just manage the game and don't lose, then you did your job!!
while ignoring that he did nothing to contribute to winning the whole second half other than ....not turning the ball over and managing the game?
this is your expectations for your MVP?
brb some coaching problem, brb no running game, brb no wrs, brb injuries, brb oline got **** on, brb special teams lost him the game that he couldn't win despite only needing 14pts to win.

Here’s a fun fact I just learned recently. Since 1956 the lions have 1 post season win

QBs may get more credit and blame than they deserve, but this is organizational terribleness no other team can relate to
