I 100% believe its scripted to a degree but I don't think they go so far as to pre determine who will win

I do think they do a lot to influence point spreads and totals.

Yes it is scripted. If you go the stadium the day before the game you can watch the teams having a rehearsal game where they plan fumbles, interceptions, injuries, and touchdowns.

It absolutely is. You can't fake or force outcomes to each little detail. But one or two paid off guys can make a huge difference. Most notable, in my frame of reference is Cam Newton taking a dive vs Peyton and Neil O'Donnell taking an epic dive against the Cowboys.
