Are you ready to take the NO Seed Oil Pill
If you still consumer seed oil, your not going to make it. The stuff is toxic. Ever seen how its made? Absolute poison. It's engine oil. Cut it all out, stick to olive oil, fry in tallow, get real 100% pure butter. Your body will be so much healthier living the way it was meant to pre 1900's before everything became processed and unhealthy. If you are going to eat fried food, you may as well enjoy it and eat something delicious cooked in tallow rather than in something that is processed within an inch of its life, will oxidize in your body, turn your fat into plastic. Fat isnt meant to be lumpy and hard like it is now, its supposed to be smooth. That's seed oils.

Is olive oil ok to cook with if I only cook on medium heat on the stove? I know it's bad for high heat cooking.
And I don't think the real, good coconut oil is good for high heat cooking either, I think that's some kind of refined coconut oil that you don't want to eat.
I could use avocado oil but I always use olive oil.

95% of the negative science on this subject revolves around two stupid premises
1). That you have damaged and oxidized the seed oil (hey burning it is bad, and makes it carcinogenic, just like every other food, much wow much wonder.
2). That you are already in a bad omega3 to omega 6 ratio.
You can use some light sesame, walnut, hazlenut etc oils perfectly fine as a finishing oil to salads or on relishes for fish etc.. and have it be a healthy fine source of clean fats.
They also seem to ignore all rises in sugars in processed foods and seem to want to blame everything on seed oils making me believe this is just sugar industry pushing for a scapegoat.

Is anyone dumb enough to cook with seed/vegetable oil?
Literally every cooking method since the 1950s is absolutely toxic
No wonder cancer rates are soaring

Fuk that toxic sludge
Fuk that toxic sludge
A young bull and an old bull were standing atop a hill looking at a bunch of heifers in a field below.
The young bull says "Let's run down this hill and fuk one of those heifers."
The old bull replies "No. Let's walk down there, and fuk them all."

Never consume any oil aside from organic coconut and organic extra virgin first cold pressed olive.
Make sure to also never eat soy, no plastic bottles, no synthetic clothing, everything in your house like laundry and dish soap should be 100% natural and scentless.
Exercise and fresh air daily.
Make 1k/day and get some ass, be good to people, don’t vax or mask, or else just LDAR. Ded fookin SRS
