I feel even worse for people working at companies that are STILL requiring the vaccine. My job abandoned their planned February mandate when the Supreme Court ruled. My gf’s job has said they don’t give a fuk and are moving forward with the mandate regardless of the ruling. Another friend of mine works for a labor union and they’re moving ahead with a booster mandate. Meanwhile even the MSM is admitting these vaccines are useless against omicron.

My belief is that Joe Biden knew this wouldn't make it past the Supreme Court, but did it anyway in the hopes that the more progressive companies would keep their mandates in place after the presidential orders were struck down.

I'm surprised unions are putting mandates in place, nothing in a union can be done without it being contained in the collective bargaining agreement between labor and management, they must have been up for a contract renewal?

Look at everything they have done so far. Its not about tackling you and injecting. Its about making life so painfully inconvenient that you comply. Then they can fall back on "we never forced a single person to do anything" come election/new data time.
