Eat in a deficit to lose weight.
Hit your protein and fat minimums to stay healthy and keep your gainz.
Lift heavy and do HIIT to look and feel awesome.
Use the internet to learn why you should do these things and how to do these things.

I am down a lot from the max.

But I’m down roughly 20k from initial investment.

Not happy but going to hold rather than risk averaging down.

Probably should average down…💀💀💀

Since we got smashed, I hope it tanks hard so at least we will have the opportunity to get back in at a more reasonable price.

We sold half of our holdings. I'm way more OK with being wrong and having it jump back up than I am OK with being wrong and having our entire portfolio tank.

I’m holding for now as my plan was to wait 10 years.

I’ll hold off investing more until we see a reversal.

Hard to tell because I've been loading up on random things, but I think I'm down like 10% on the year so far. Overall still up a fuark ton and not retiring any time soon though so who cares.
