Well I put on about 30lbs of fat during my health issues.

I've lost 10lbs so far. Want to get down to 218 just to feel better

I have some pain under my right scapula and probably mid trap. It feels like I'm rebounding a bit at the top during my squeeze.

I have a lot of physical therapy to go it seems.

why are you using such a light weight on this machine?? the other day you claimed you were doing seated rows 3x8 for 300+ pounds

this seated machine let's you move way more weight than a traditional one.

These are low rows. The other was mid row with pronation.

Here I was trying to do an isometric squeeze at the top really putting my low and mid traps together.

This is only about 200

Form looks good
Good on you for hitting the gym again
What you might want to look into is something like HiiT. You need to burn some calories to shed that weight. Then build back up with lifting.

I plan to start putting some hit in. I know it sounds stupid but my joints all seem to have lost a lot of functionality.

So I'm trying to ease in a bit and as pain subsides in an area I'm ramping it up.

I can't afford a structural injury because I won't be able to work.

I'm down to 235. So 10 more or 3 more weeks I'm going to incorporate some hiit.

Thanks for the input. I appreciate it.

Front of my knees hurt. I'm guessing patella tendinitis?
