Our generation had plenty of songs with degenerate lyrics, the difference is they did not allow music like this to be played on the radio, and MTV wouldn't air the videos.

They wouldn't even air Soundgarden's "Jesus Christ Pose" on the radio or MTV because THAT was controversial.

I'm not sure if it's the general public degenerating and the media sources "giving the people what they want", or if it is a planned degeneration of society by releasing music like this. But things were better back then.

This came out 25 years ago, same ****, but you didn't hear it on the radio
