Peter McCullough was recommending some kind of topical OTC products you can try, but idk if it's only effective at the first sign of infection. Can't remember the names but he talked about it on his appearance on Rogan. One was to gargle something and sinus rinse.

Im unvaxxed and in the 35 to 45 age range and im recovered, i had covid a few weeks ago.
I was basically drinking warm ginger tea, id buy the root cheap at the 99 cent store like six bags of it and boil it in water, let it cool down a bit and drink it, helped big time with the congestion in the chest.
As far as supplements i took quercitin, zinc, fish oil, vit d3 k2 and vit c.

How is your diet it seems you started doing strenuous work or going in drafts in cold and were not hundred percent recovered. You need to rest up during the initial sickness for more than ten days and even if you feel good you still rest and drink lots of ginger root tea with lemon.

Source: have had tonsilitis 3 times, didn't know about this trick, had the beginning stages of a sore throat twice since and gurgled some hydrogen peroxide and it fuked off before getting bad

Days 1-7 I had a fever that stayed at exactly 100.4, along with weakness, loss of appetite, headaches where my eyes hurt to move
Days 8-10 I developed a bad sore throat, and a cough that happened whenever I took deep breaths.
Only weird thing now is just various throbbing pains in my legs and just minor pains elsewhere.
Were your symptoms similar and did you test positive? I still dont know if I had COVID, going to get an antibody test to confirm
I was basically sleeping from 10am - 12pm the first 7 days too

I think this was omicron because my entire family and relatives got it and omicron is the highly contagious one, ive been going out for two years with a mask into crowded stores and never had covid until recent.
This why when they say omicron is mild its misleading a bit because you get flu like symptoms and they are bad.
As far a your legs pain it could be circulation issue since covid can do that, take fish oil it helps also i use a mini trampoline to rebound which helps flush the lympho nodes.
Fresh Ginger root lemon tea helped me its a great ant-inflammatory

I lost 8 pounds, i couldn’t eat anything, my appetite came back around day 8 or 9 when my throat started getting less sore or raw.
During my illness i forced myself to eat apple sauce, jello, and drink fluids like ginger tea and eat oranges and bananas, i only ate sporadically but i needed to get nutrients in.

Also if you ever get a toothache chew on a piece of raw garlic and spread the juice over your gum for about a minute (will burn a bit).
Of all the natural bullchit treatments I've read over the years those truly work, in my experience.

Never heard of the raw garlic, i mostly drank ginger root tea during my bout with covid and I’m unvaxxed in the 35 to 45 age range. It was horrible but im surprised i recovered well, while my vaxxed relatives still have linger symptoms.

A lady up the street from my folks home had long lasting COVID. Her symptoms just want on and on. Doctors didn't have any answers for her unfortunately. I believe her symptoms went away once the weather turned warmer and sunnier. Don't recall for certain but her symptoms eventually did go away. .
