I don't get why it vanished. 2010 was an improvement on 2005 or whatever. This modern day is a huge regression from 2010. People are far uglier, less cooler and worst of all, they're now these weird drones addicted to their cell phones?

Eh, ******** was out in 2004, was used appropriately until like 2013ish. (Other than the Farm ville/Happy aquarium/Car town addictions. The thing is, being addicted to those games was fine in 2010, since that was only accessible through PCs, ie, nobody was spending hours on devices OUTSIDE)

My mum used to send me in the gym to pick up my brother back in 2010. The guys were jacked, some were wearing shades indoors, shirts 10 sizes too small, clubland blasting my ears, hair gel for sale. It was insane.

How and when did this happen though? Because i don't remember it being like this pre 2014. The vast majority of men were masculine obnoxious loud mouths and a lot lifted. Barely anyone even lifts anymore. It's fukin rare to see anymore.

Obesity rates have also soared since that time period. It's just hard to fathom what happened.

Social media (especially twitter) and smart phones are the biggest reasons. Also the global marketplace to a large extent.

In 2011 most people were still using Blackberries. In 2012 most people were switching to iPhones and of course Twitter blew up.
