Yea I got rear ended at a red light by an SUV about 5 years ago. Got nerve damage down the entire left side of my body. Avi pic is from before that...you can deduce the rest...it was a fat bish texting. The cops asked her if she was hurt. She said her stomach hurt from the airbag deploying into her pile of jelly. I didn’t realize at the moment but this split second random incident basically ruined my life.

Nothing srs.

But I've saved two people from me hitting them head on because they ran a red light. If it was anyone else, they'd be paying out their noses right now

Also I got hit by a black guy during a snow storm and he took off. That little ****g it

Yea I was going down a country road going like 50. Some asian bish in a Subaru Forester stopped at the stop sign and then proceeded to pull out in front of me. I still don't know if she didn't see me, thought she could beat me across the intersection, or thought I also had a stop sign. My shoulder was ****ed for like 3 weeks from the impact against the seat belt. The impact also redirected me to the right and I came within 5 feet of rolling down a 30 foot ravine into a creek

1 I was at fault for. I was a dumbass and assumed the truck in front of me was going through the yellow light. Car totaled, truck only needed a rear bumper replaced.

2 I was rear ended, both happened within 4 months of each other. Idiot who rear ended me on number 2 was too busy looking at himself in the rear view mirror and tried to blame his brakes.

Yes. Twice actually. Both times not my fault. Both times in the winter in freezing rain, so perhaps not really anyone's fault.

Once about 11 years ago, guy crashed into the back of my mums car speeding on a 20mph road. Full on wrecked the back/boot.

None of us were injured at all but felt a shock at the time.

On the freeway when I was 7/8 and my mom looked down at her phone for a sec to hang up then traffic ahead suddenly stopped and when she looked up it was too late. Our wimpy chrysler was destroyed in front but the car we hit just had a little dent. Nobody harmed.

3 very minor ones, never any insurance involved

1st i was still on my permit at 15 and right turned on red legally but then a guy speeding like crazy rear ended me, basically bent my exhaust and scooped his headlight out. i think he changed lanes in the middle of the intersection but who knows. he dropped it the next day, i think my dad probably strongarmed him a bit

2nd was in a double lane right turn on green arrows, i was left lane and the guy from the right decided he was gonna take my lane mid corner, that was in my bigger truck where the tires stick out the most, so he ended up with tire scuffs on his door, no damage to me. asian guy barely spoke english, he thought it was hilarious, me.. not so much. we both walked away after i gave him a piece of my mind

3rd cruising in the right lane, suddenly a construction zone with the lane shut, zero warning cresting a hill. both me and the girl in front of me start merging over, i guess she misread what was going on and decided to slam on her brakes in the middle of both lanes. i tried my damndest to avoid but there was traffic in the 3rd lane so i mashed up her rear end a bit. very minor bend to my front bumper and a bit of paint transfer that came right off. she gave me some bunk insurance that was expired and i never heard from her again. i assume she was uninsured. my fault i guess but she made a dumbass decision stopping cold in the middle of 2 lanes rather than running into a cone.. that construction zone was fukin bullchit though, i drove back around a half mile or so to check for signage to see if i missed it, there was literally 1 tiny sign on the ground right as the lane started closing that you couldn't see until you were practically on top of it.

One fender bender almost 20 years ago.

Some high school kid rear ended me last year. She hit me like a battering ram because she was in a truck with a custom 4” pipe bumper, texting and coming off of a bridge. I saw her in the rear view mirror right before she slammed into me. I had time to say “oh ****” and brace myself. If I could have just stepped on the gas and taken off I would have but there was a truck towing a boat turning in front of me. I ended up with whiplash for two solid weeks—totally sucked

Twice. First one I was 18, went through USN bootcamp and then to A-school at Millington TN and took leave in December to visit family in California. Went out same day/night with a couple friends and I was driving. Made a left turn and rear got clipped, it was my fault and it happened right in front of a cop. Insurance paid for everything (was my dad's car), dudes car was totaled (think that car was worth maybe $500), my dad's car was still drivable and was fixed. Nobody was injured.

Second time I was in Costa Rica, deployed there many times when I was active duty, but this time I was retired. Did a long drive in a rental to other side and then long drive back. I think it was 6-7 hours each way. Got a little lost and pulled over to look at map, made a U-turn right in front of a taxicab and was T-boned. My fault again and fortunately no one was hurt. Both cars totaled although my rental was still drivable. The crazy thing is I usually get the cheapest insurance I can, but this time I got the "whatever happens, you are fully covered insurance". And they fully covered it, I didn't pay anything extra and was in another rental next day.

I use to speed and do hard turns because "sporty car" with hard suspension. I drive 5mph over speed limit on highway if that. On streets, I go strictly by the law. No speeding, I actually stop at stop signs and very courteous to other people.....I'll actually let you cut in.

Yes once. Fell asleep late at night. Went into a grass median during a snow storm. Overcorrected, did a simultaneous flip and roll. Luckily the damage was over the passenger side then landed in the opposite side facing the opposite direction. I stepped right out uninjured. Not even sore after and of course the car was totaled.

Yeah, I was driving a Polaris off roading. Lost control at a curve, turned like 4 times until we landed upside down.

Passengers got hurt badly. Still cringe from embarassment and guilt when I remember.
"The flowers bloom, then wither... The stars shine and one day become extinct. This earth, the sun, the galaxies and even the big universe, someday will be destroyed. Compared with that, the human life is only a blink, just a little time. In that short time - people are born, laugh, cry, fight, are injured, feel joy, sadness, hate someone, love someone. All in just a moment. And then, are embraced by the eternal sleep called death."

I was in at least 2 wrecks as a kid when my mom was driving and those must have been pretty good because I remember police at the scene and a lot of broken glass. My mom had a lot of car wrecks. I believe she wrecked a Corvette that my father had before I arrived. She drove a Toyota Camry for several years that I think was up to 4.

There was another where I was a passenger and my grandmother was driving. That one was strange, but very much explained after the fact- grandma was going blind.

One wreck where I T-boned another vehicle but fortunately I had slowed down quite a lot [freeway exit] as I had seen the other vehicle lose control. It seemed like they were okay again- all 4 wheels on the ground and heading the right direction -when they suddenly went hard left and were perpendicular in the lane right in front of me. Their car was totaled [I was driving a big steel tank of a car], but no one was hurt.

I was rear ended at least twice at a pretty good clip, and once I bumped someone else from the rear at a stop [low speed, the light changed and cars had started moving, just not theirs].

Slid into a curb once on ice and once on snow.

never been CLOSE except for one night at a club

that chits horrible because the u.s. is so litigious. even if you're not at fault, your rates will rise cause insurance is based upon risk. and when you get into an accident your risk goes up - even if it has solely to do with the fact that your area was a part of the risk. so your rates rise no matter what when there's an "incident"

lotta people looking for their payday. i was sued for 3 years after that. no one won; so i guess i "won" in effect

I've been rear ended twice in the same car, but they were both minor fender benders that my bike rack took 95% of the hit both times. I also had a lady just change lanes right into my driver's door and front fender. It just about totaled my maxima. She was driving a Ford minivan and all it did was break her hubcap. I drove my car home with the front tire locked up and left a rubber streak like 2 miles all the way home. I have been lucky and never got hurt. Also a repressed memory just popped up in my head thinking about it. When I was a young kid me, my brother, and sister were in the back seat of our parents 80's Buick regal and a drunk driver t boned us at a red light. We were all fine but the car was wrecked.
