Brand new system so i keep it at 77, the older system i had to always drop to 69-72 throughout the day . Mirin my electric bill goals srs

68, but the thermostat is in the hallways so bedroom and living room tend to be 2-4 degrees hotter. Heater kicks on if it goes under 60.

Because Tokyo is known for its mild winter, I don't use AC in my gym/study except for training in summer.
(My wife uses it all the time of course.)

So my room temp during the day in winter is between 50F (10C) and 57F (14C).

I lift /WFH /eat /sleep in this room. When I work sitting 8 hrs in front of PC, it's a bit cold but other than that it's all right.
