Kai would tell you to drop down to 75s and have more control on the way down. I would tell you to always keep some resistance on the way up and never lock your elbows. Then again i'm natty and have no idea what i'm talking about. Good reps, regardless.

My range of motion in my shoulder is still awful.

This is a 90 degree elbow trying to put the back of my hand to floor. This is why I can't squat.
