Its why the health care lobby is pushing so hard for Rand Paul and Biden immigration bills...besides amnesty, both allows unlimited numbers of foreign born nurses to be brought over....well, Biden bill allows unlimited immigration altogether(so they can flood every profession) in order to remove another avenue of opportunity for middle class Americans to climb the ladder.

Imagine going to ask for a raise when there's 150 foreign born workers sitting in the lobby waiting for interviews for the one job opening that you currently do as well.

Straight facts, I was at a convention where a healthcare company was literally bragging about importing nurses and cna’s from the Philippines, helping get apts, visas, and citizenship paperwork done. I think they were planning on starting a whole agency for it.

A buddy of mine was at the hospital not that long ago for several days, in a mid sized city, not LA/NY...and not one nurse he encountered spoke English as their first language...same with half the doctors.

When I worked for a HCA hospital, there were a lot of Indian nurses. One of them told us they actually had an office in India and recruit for US hospitals. At the time, I believe it was a 3 yr contract path to citizenship type of work deal.
