I got it.

Instead of looking at all the possibly reasons that Flores could have been fired just use "racism" as an umbrella term.

Flores didn't have a losing record he went 10-6 and 9-8.. get your basic facts right. Obviously the tanking year doesn't count

How many white NFL players go on to be coaches after their career is done? Not many. Something like 545 players have gone on to be coaches/assistant coaches, not alot when you consider how many thousands of players have been in the league since inception.

Alot of NFL players, black and white, are literally only in college because they're good at football, not because of their academic skills lol.

Most of them probably couldn't handle being a coach.

Black men are about 6% of the population. They make up 3% of the NFL head coaching jobs and about 60% of the players.

Conclusion: we need more Latinx-American, Asian-American, Native-American coaches and players in the NFL.
