Pathology labs fuk up tests all the time, giving results from the wrong patient because they mislabeled it or read the results of one patient to a different patient.

So yeah after a night out getting hammered they probably mixed up the vial of semen. Or did it on purpose for lolz.

I also wonder if his sperm was such a dud they were just like fuk this guys genes really don't want to reproduce, just use the other guys sperm

Is this really cuck though? It sounds like the hospital did him wrong and not the wife. Cuck usually have "sexual" history to it, like wife cheating. But this isn't the case. I wouldnt say this was cucked.
