Irrelevant. The question is how likely is a black coach to get hired given the same credentials as a white coach. And the answer is way less likely. They're also more likely to be fired with better records.

Yes I do but it has to be proven. I have not seen any objective evidence that says white coaches are better than black. Zero.

FYI I'm black and let me tell you, letting go of the mental gymnastics to rationalize everything going in favor of whites/against blacks as "racism" and just accepting the reality is very liberating, I highly recommended it.

If you can admit Asians are better at math and tech but can't admit white men are better leaders and managers than you are just racially insecure. It doesn't mean you discriminate in hiring cause there are good black coaches and bad white coaches BUT it does mean if we are hiring based on qualifications and talent what you will naturally end up with is more white coaches, teams would rather win than be racist.

Refusing to admit this because there's "no evidence" is just cope, like have you looked at the coaches around the league these last couple decades? You sound like those women who won't admit men are better at them at anything cause muh pride.

The black candidate pool is extremely high, the pool is mainly past nfl and college players which is over 50% black.

Blacks are underrepresented in coaching relative to the amount that plays in the league and goes into coaching

There are more white qbs for several reasons, one of which are stereotyped that still exist that discourage black people from playing the position. Like Lamar Jackson who still called a running back despite winning mvp as a qb
