And yes, a counter protest actually bothered to apply for a permit and got turned down, which is super lol worthy and totally represents this city. The truckers never had a permit in the first place.

With so many trucks packed together it's gotta be near impossible to pinpoint who exactly is doing the honking unless you do it right next to a cop. Throw in honks from random cars and it's the ultimate clown world troll job.
