Red Hot Chili Peppers new single released

Any other RHCP fans pumped for the first album with the GOAT guitarist John Frusciante since 2006? Album is being released in April but they just dropped the first single:



I love the classic Frusciante melodies he brings back to their music, this song being no exception. So great seeing the four of them back together again.

Good song, wish he would shave that stupid looking thing off though. Makes him look like the Hitler lookalike from The Sparks.

Was excited for John coming back but I’m not feeling this one. Honestly I’m tired of Anthony’s vocals, he’s always been the weak link and his voice is just grating to me the last few albums.

Song is just okay, but I'll always listen to any new RHCP.

Nothing beats Blood Sugar Sex Magik for me, though. It's over 30 years old and still sounds fresh. Nothing like it since, IMO

Repped, I've been listening to "I could have lied" non stop since September. I've rediscovered this album lately. Of course almost everybody know Under the Bridge or Give it away or Suck my kiss but the rest of the album is also top-tier.

Cool song. I hope to see them again. Never had the chance to watch them with Frusciante. Only with Josh at Rock in Rio.

And I hope next time, Kiedis would stop squatting and reading the lyrics during the concert. He did that quite a lot and it kinda ruins the experience. lol
