Welp, it begins - right on cue, investors getting back into the property market
Some of you will remember I said the ridiculous increases in property prices had a ways to go
Investors have been sitting on the sidelines waiting to see what happens with rent moratoriums etc
Now that things seem to be getting back to normal…
Right on cue, they’re buying up properties
There will be a bump from investors, and another bump when the economic recovery gathers momentum
Central banks won’t increase interest rates until wages start growing, by which point inflation will be out of the bag

Don’t say I didn’t warn you

At least in the US, I’m starting to think they will never raise rates to a substantial degree
We’ll be living with high inflation for quite some time
We’ll be living with high inflation for quite some time

Squat: 465x1
Strict press: 205x5

The Fed printed more money in 2020 than the last 30 years combined. Now apply those numbers to the real estate market and you will see its not over yet.
Houses in my area went from 600k to 850k in only two years...I'm waiting for the million mark which I think is only a few years away.
Inflation is real so put your $$$ into appreciating assets to offset it.
