Agreed but I'm pretty fukking far from being a top level bodybuilder. I do have pretty good form on everything though. Could always be better of course

Lol at the beta alanine for tingle placebo. Das not it mane. there's no need for it to be taken preworkout, and all of the supp companies just put it in the preworkout anyway to make you tingle and itch so you feel "wow it's really working"
