Any 1,3 pre's out there without 300-400 MG of caffeine? That amount is absurd, and i blame BANG energy for starting that trend. Anything over 200 is a joke. If these companies are going to use that much caffeine, they should at least add L-Theanine to their blend.

for hypertrophy it definitely is not all in your head

it is all about reaching mechanical failure, or close to, with the target muscle and recieving a stimulus to demand for the muscle to grow, which is progressive overload.
