The Bengals are the worst team to make the Super Bowl in a long time. Going back 20 years I can't think of a more mediocre team to fluke their way to the Super Bowl.

They could still easily win because anything can happen in a single game, but damn is it a shame to have such mediocrity on the ultimate stage.

This. They aren't dominate by any means, and they could have lost inthe 1st round wild card VS. Raiders.

But... They won in a decently tough division ( afc North had 4 competative teams ) and same for the Rams ( NFC west had to be the best overall division this year)

Tough teams gonna Tough.


Bengals need a good start, playing with a lead could for the Rams to press and make them uncomfortable. But I think Rams win 28 -20
Just trying hard to not be a fat sack-o-chit.

All three of their wins were a result of the other team self destructing, not by any spectacular play of their own. Mediocre teams blow double digit fourth quarter leads to the Jets.
All it takes is Mookie Betts, Steph Curry, and Joe Burrow all sitting in the same car in order for one drunk driver to make the world a significantly better place.

IDK, Mahomes played himself. Henry was coming off of an injury, and the titans were an always spectacular subpar team held up by a spectacularly subpar conference. The reality is that the rams are a superteam that is actually super average, and the bengals are a half decent team that faced overrated competition.
