Yeah, came to post this.

How old are your sons OP? I feel like you will understand and live trough them what the misc complains about the current dating market 24/7.

Best of luck to them, and I mean this. This isn’t a world for mediocre or above average young men. This is a world for elites, they better become that.

Compared with that, the human life is only a blink, just a little time. In that short time - people are born, laugh, cry, fight, are injured, feel joy, sadness, hate someone, love someone. All in just a moment. And then, are embraced by the eternal sleep called death."

100% am open to the fact that I will need to adjust as they will also as they reach that stage. I have had to "adjust" several times in my life and a few times very dramatically.

But I am already of the mind set that in order to to connect with top tier people you have to be top tier your self. This is why from a young man's age (early 20s) I was not going to start a family without having enough time and money to commit. Time being the most important factor.

My boys are 6 and 8. I spend A LOT Of time with them.
They will be financially set (relative to average)
We are right now working on applying work ethic and focus towards larger goals
Example as stated: one of my sons dreams of becoming a Pan Am Champ in BJJ kids one day. I told him its good to have dreams, but you also have to have a plan on execution of those dreams.
We spend a lot of time together daily on the execution part. The 6 year old comes along and is happy to build his work ethic on the matts as well. (2 hours a day 5 days a week, with a 45 minute round trip commute) We spend a lot of time daily together sweating, grinding, building character, over coming adversity.

They will have education covered. But I have had conversations with them that there is no need to go to university if they are focused on something and have an execution plan. Skip school and go for it. Honestly, I would love it if they figure that out early.

I am sure times will change when they become of age to date seriously. I will adjust. I am just trying to prepare them with what I can for the real world.
financial means (not for everything and anything) but if there is a business oppty I got their back
work ethic
focused execution
having well rounded perspective
I married taking "genetic blueprint" as one of the data points as well (not the only one)

Where they have low probability of getting to "elite" is we dont associate with public figures, politicians, celebs etc and honestly dont care for that stuff

Sounds like they are in good hands. They have to become the best version of themselves whatever that is. This ain’t a world for 9-5 Bob from accounting any more.

100% agreed. When I was growing up my dad told me the same thing. Not good enough (especially not being Caucasian) to make it in America putting in average effort and being average. He told me you have to be 50% better to start on level ground.....then you work up from there.

I am not necessarily delusional to think my sons would date some olympic gold medal ivy leaguer as an average standard. I was simply stating that not all girls are complete hooors only good for showing T&A on social media. Some are actually doing something with their lives and in order to attract someone of high caliber you have to be of high caliber yourself.

We are working on it with the boys. Its honestly super gratifying to watch them grow into confident boys and hopefully confident young men. Its also gratifying to form a bond only time and love can build. (not money) My 8 year old said this morning on the way to school "its pretty cool that when we get home you are around to play with us and take us to BJJ. Jacob's (down the street) dad doesnt ever seem like hes around except on the weekends" These kids are perceptive man.

Trolling only works when facts are stated that bother the individual. The only fact that is known (you stated) is that your son cant sleep without his mommy in the room.

Dont be mad at me and chase me around in threads because you got called out by another father for being a chit father. Instead, turn it around. There is still time.

Girls like that do exist, the problem is that they are extremely rare. They are identified and taken by the best of best men when they are young, because these men are often traditional and lived enough things to realize the reality of human behavior.

Im guessing in 20 years time these women will be even more rare.

Im offering perspective since he brought in my sons. Do you understand how communication works and flows?
I started the thread offering perspective. Posters brought my sons into it. So I addressed the matter.

Ironic how you are the one lecturing me when you are the one that STARTs threads to talk about that stuff about you?

Id say that an attractive wholesome traditional and smart young women is far more rare than a man of high quality. Lets say a man of high quality is a top 10%er in all areas combined (wealth, looks, socially), id say a woman with the qualities i listed would be a top 2-3%er maybe.

Young and beautiful, that may be top 30% or so. It gets downhill real soon when you start adding the integrity and emotional intelligence related traits. The attention and validation a woman gets trough social media is poison to their mind, and extremely hard to ignore for them. Its in their nature, just as its in our nature to look twice at a girl with perky boobs and a nice butt.

Id tell your sons to stop dreaming about the fairy tales that many people were fed. Dont wait for their special soulmates, just find a girl with the traits listed above or as close to those as possible, lock her down and figure the rest later. That is if they really, really want kids, which im assumming they will. If they dont want kids then its a whole different, far easier game to play.

No i did not. Please quote me on where I stated how good they are?

Post 37:
"Im sure they will be just fine in that department? Will they be slayers? Who knows.....dont really care. Not focused on that.
My son is focused on wanting to be a Kids Pan Am champ in BJJ.....he's not focused on Poon. And a man's measure of success is not how much poon he has gotten in a lifetime for some people."

1. This was in a response to another poster implying that the sole purpose of women is poon
2. I stated he has a focus of being a Pan Am Champ one day. I followed that up in another post stating they need a plan for execution, that a "dream" wasnt good enough.
Where does that read how good they are at BJJ? Is your reading comprehension really this poor?

Good conversation. Problem is for men and women "quality" is determined by things some which are similar (family background, eq, etc) and some which are not (looks, money, social status etc)
I do not have conversations with my sons about future "soulmates" or any of that stuff. They are not old enough for that. We just concentrate on them. What they are about, what can they bring to the table for anyone they interact with and when the time comes, they can sort out the relationship thing hopefully with the cards stacked in their favor.

Part of it is the person, the family, the attitude, etc. Its multi faceted. My exact point is you cant merely have money and nab a person like this so yes I agree on that point which was part of my whole point on the OP. You have to be well rounded to expect to associate with women that are doing big things.
I hate reading the genetics chit. All it is is a neatly wound box. What the hell can you say to anybody that says "I have the best genetics". It's literally an end to an argument - only meant to stroke the ego - cause people whove studied that chit for 20 years couldn't come out to definitively say what the "best genetics" are

They don't even know how many genes are in the human genome. You can't even get to selecting the "best". How could you choose the best if more and more genes keep being introduced ad infinitum? Even if you had a finite frame of reference you still haven't introduced the variable of the environment and the interaction between the two. They are sooooooooooooooooo far off

Also very hard to explain behavior to people without being in front of them. Because no matter what is typed they're using their own interpretation with no other guidelines

But your post was a good way to expose those who only think about sex... I wonder why

She went team china because she thought she could influence little girls in a communist country?

She went team china because they pay better. Don’t be so gullible my man, bet you voted for Biden too.

Hahah so you cant even carry on a debate. You cant answer a direct question. Man some times I sit and wonder are people like you trolling? But then I go down this path of thought that thinks

path A - this could be a real person that thinks like this.......and my mind is blown
Path B - there is someone on the other side of that computer "trolling" and acting like a dolt responding to all of these posts. and my mind is blown as well.

And quite honestly, I am not sure which path is actually worse haha.

Now this is a great point and topic for conversation. I agree on both points. VERY hard to talk about things like behavio as things are all relative and there is a wide range of expectation and baseline on what proper, good, moral, etc all are.

On the genetics piece, I agree as well if you are talking deeper than surface value. For many conversations here, i think its safe to say there are some universal things people will agree are traits that are attractive (genetics used very loosely) like height, skin tone, hair quality, skin quality, etc.

No I didnt vote at all. Not my thing.
I cannot say exactly whey she went team china. I would guess its a lot more complex than it looks at face value. Lets face it, she is 18 and to be in that position to make that decision, her grandma and mom were probably already worth north of $20M. They lived in the bay area, you can see some parts of the home, mom was in finance, etc and prior to making that decision she was a model for a ton of high fashion brands. Im sure money was definitely a factor. But influence could have definitely been as well. She probably has a better understanding of how a 4 year old girl in communist china feels closer than you or I would right? Shes taking A TON of flack for that decision. I believe its deeper than money.
