I like xenoblade so thats good, strikers is good even thought foreveralone so wont buy, and kirby looks lit but we already knew that.

Yeah you nailed it, although the MK DLC seems cool it's not the type of thing I am going to get excited about.

Figured this would just be a relatively minor announcement show.

Mario Strikers and the Wii Sports look pretty cool and fun party games

lol @ mario kart courses, i get it it's cool but instead of still using a port in 2022 why not release a new one


Earthbound is probably the best news i like from this direct, didn't expect this to happen anytime soon, but i've always wanted to properly play this title. Also the OG one with Ninten, that's pretty cool.

Remember playing Mother 3 back in 2008 with Lucas, dark game but really good

yea they are holding their cards to their chest for second half of the year, probably until their E3 direct.

48 remastered courses? Might as well make a whole new game like how they did with Mario Party Superstars.

I'd rather just pay the 25 bucks and play all these courses from one game lol. MK8 is evergreen a/f, and just keeps selling, so this actually makes a lot of sense.

Strikers and the new MK tracks look legit. I'm not a Xenoblade fan, I'm sure they'll sell a ton though. No Batman, kinda surprised at that, maybe it's not coming.

Yeah I'm sure there's going to be something for me, there always seems to be something that genuinely grabs my interest here and there. I think I'm just at that point where I have enough experience with various games and franchises to know what I am into. Gaming discussions always seem to involve a wide variety of people and various enthusiastic fanbases, naturally there's going to be a lot of people getting exited about things I don't like.

Wii Sports is definitely my sorta thing though, it's always been a go-to for me when I just want to play some multiplayer with someone who doesn't really play video games, and Wii Bowling has always been a chill/relaxing game for me. I got the Wii U remaster but I would still consider it an essential thing to have on the Switch.

That and Advance Wars has been the GOAT turn based strategy game for me since it originally released, so I have been really looking forward to the remake.

Sometime I might give that series another try. I picked up the first one on 3DS when it came out and couldn't get into it on that tiny ass screen.

I'm honestly not expecting the Switch successor until Spring 2025 at this point, srs. Selling too well, lots of first party games this year, mario kart dlc through end of 2023....
