Occupation until an evolving list of demands (which cannot be met) are met is different than protesting.

To which Canadian BLM protest are you referring?

People keep arguing about this point and it's apples to oranges. The BLM protests were instigated by an already volatile situation and was racial in nature, the riots were caused by an ethnicity that causes 80% of the violent crime in the US already. All around the world BLM protests were totally peaceful, it was only in already powder keg racialized communities that it got into violence and rioting, and that's because - well, certain ethnicities will take advantage of anything in order to loot and riot, just like in blue states they've been invading pharmacies and jewelry stores.

They're not even close to the same. BLM protests across Canada had ZERO violence.

The government hit people where it hurts and they are already fleeing Ottawa. You can't invade a city and cause problems for three weeks and expect to have zero consequences.

Agreed. If they are going to hit the financial institutions next, then they need to pull their money since banks will side with the govt.

LOL at invade.

BLM and truckers need to unite. They are on the same team. Both were fighting against police and govt over reach without consequences for their actions. People need to come together and realize they have similarities and tell the govt to fuk themselves.

The Government invaded then, according to your definition.

Mandatory vaccines and vaccine passports and lockdowns are an unwelcome intrusion into someone's personal health domain and their business domain and aninvasionof privacy, according to your definition.

I never said they didn't. People were arguing that my definition was wrong. It wasn't. Stay on topic here, people. I know that's tough for some of you.

Right. Because 99% of truckers don't give a crap about the protests and want to just do their jobs.

You realize there are over 320,000 truck drivers in Canada? If even 3000 of them showed up to protest (which wasn't even close to the real number) that's less than 1%. I'm sure the other 317,000 will park their trucks in solidarity.
