As an example, proof of vaccination was required for air travel as on October 30, 2021, when ~80% of the population was already vaccinated.

Rather than assume your argument, may I clarify?
Are you arguing that the option of additional doses is proof, or support, for the claim that a nationwide mandatory vaccination mandate was planned?
Were you suggesting this undisclosed mandate was abandoned/cancelled due to the convoy?
I'm curious as to why you take today's number of administered doses (37, 000) as the continuing point estimate. Yesterday it was 155, 415.
My point was that most vaccinated people were vaccinated prior to any mandates, so mandates didn't really do anything except make people angry. It does't appear we need mandates in order for the majority of people to choose to be vaccinated.
