At the height of the pandemic, when fear was at its highest, we were not seeing the daily administered doses as high as it would need to be to go through 400 million doses in 2 years…especially now that covid has evolved to be less lethal. We would need to see an average of 550,000 doses daily for 2 years straight to achieve that.
You don’t think that is an excessive amount to be having available?

They probably have a wide network of shills. A big number on Twitter and reddit and a small number for other forums like bb.com, sherdog etc

This thread is not my first time responding to him…if something is pertinent or worthy of discussion, I will keep going, if not I will ignore it.
Much like he is doing to the incessant reposting of engj’s post.

What is your honest opinion…if people felt no external pressure and the CHOICE to get vaxxed was purely for its protection and nothing to do with work or travel or restaurants etc…do you think the numbers would be even close to what they have been.

You don't want to see annoying chit from him but you keep replying.
I'm "spamming" a single post he has yet to reply to. He could just reply to it. Also the post I am "putting up endlessly" is arguably relevant.

Many people did not draw a line until youth were eligible for vax. Many more will kill rather than let the govt determine mystery substances must go into their toddlers.
Standing on a street corner with a picture of their kids saying “don’t hurt my baby” won’t get anyones attention. Shutting down the capital will.
By your own acknowledgment, many people were probably uncomfortable getting vaxxed, but did so purely because there was “no choice”. Compound that with trying to force people to allow this to be done to their kids, you get horns and bouncy castles. While the truckers started it, many people joined in and contributed $$$ because it sparked the thought of fighting for a choice.

While "endemic" does mean that the virus can go up and down with seasons and the like, "endemic" doesn't mean the virus isn't going to have a significant impact.
For instance, malaria is considered "endemic" in some parts of the world, which results in hundreds of thousands of deaths each year.

My issue with the truckers is that the whole thing has NEVER been about mandates, as much as they will tout that it was. It's been about radical overthrowing of the government veiled with a false narrative. And, I'm all for people's right to protest but as much as you see bouncy castles, the fact that they think it's okay to cause constant noise, vandalize businesses and harass people along with effectively shutting down a bunch of businesses they claim to want to protect is just hypocritical (again, IMO).
I can also see the writing on the wall and a lot of these people who bought into "freedom fighting" are going to end up jobless and drained of money because of being duped and left hanging out to dry.
