As far as I know, they were demanding that Trudeau specifically step down…not sure that is “overthrowing” the govt.

You think their intent was to have a guy with an air brake license run the country?

I believe that the argument is that it should be a choice. I can choose not to get the malaria vaccine if I go to Africa, and maybe the country doesn't let me in. It's also probably really smart to do so but again, it's my choice and risk. Most of the arguments against the COVID vaccine are that it's unproven and untested long term, therefore a bit different from a malaria shot that has been around for a couple of decades.

They stated specifically that it would be a person chosen by committee I believe. I'd almost guarantee that would be Pat King or someone in that group if they had their way.

They want members of their movement to form part of a coalition government. A coalition of elected members from every party save the Liberals, together with their un-elected representatives.

I think that shipping MRE's to the area, together leadership leaving, suggests something is up.
