I went into this with high hopes despite knowing they could never actually make a movie as good as Naughty Dog makes a game.

It was ok, but there were points where I was massively let down. For starters, the casting was really poor. Tom Holland and Mark Wahlberg? Not for Uncharted. There's a short youtube Uncharted movie with Nathan Fillion and Stephen Lang, and they make an excellent Nate and Sully.

I liked how the auction scene from 4 and the plane scene from 3 were in there, but not quite perfect renditions of the game scenes and kind of duct-taped onto a different plot where it didn't really work all that well. Chloe Frazer didn't quite hit the spot either; the game character is great.

My biggest black mark was there was no Jason Statham as Charlie Cutter! What a dropped ball.

Your thoughts, miscers who've seen it?
Back off, Warchild.

Seriously.

Tom Holland. Not even twice.

The short film for those who haven't seen it. Even this short film is better than the mega budget Hollywood flick. Fillion is the perfect Drake!
