Question for Canadians....can Trudeau be forcibly removed from office?

Is this possible in Canada?

Probably doubtful though anyway considering how cucked Canada's conservative party is.

Yes, the parliament can issue a motion of no confidence. In which case we go vote whether or not to keep him or kick him out of office.

What does it take for the parliament to issue a motion of no confidence?

What about illegal ways? Anybody willing to take one for the team?

No, that's not how it works.

There is no codified process.

Please stop pretending you know how Canada's gov't works.

As far as I'm aware no. You would need a majority of representatives in the House to basically boot him out so that the Governor General can sack him via the voice of the majority.

Moreover, the Queen and the Governor General can legally boot him out of office without the need for a majority of representatives to vote Trudeau out. However, this would be seen as highly controversial and would only rally people behind Trudeau.

I personally believe that things in Canada will have to get bad before folks vote him out. However, this isn't necessarily a good thing because people will just flock to other further left candidates unless the Conservatives can get their chit together and offer a platform that isn't Liberalism Lite. Canada is already on a slow stride into the gutter. Inflation is at its highest since 1991, housing prices are crazy in many areas, prices are only rising in grocery stores, the price of gas is ridiculous in a lot of areas, and the public healthcare ponzi scheme has been exposed for what it is: garbage. I believe it's only a matter of time before someone with actual cohones takes power.

Maybe write a letter to your head of state, who is from another country... And ask them to remove him.

A majority of MPs (175 members) must vote for a motion of no confidence for it to be successful.

There are a couple of things that can trigger a non-confidence vote:

1) one of the opposition parties stating the House has lost confidence in the government through a question posed by the governing party
2) opposing parties’ rejection of an important piece of legislature (budget, covid stuff, etc)

Votes of non-confidence are only successful if the incumbent government is a minority government, which is the present case. Many proposed Bills become confidence votes with minority governments. Trudeau has already faced a couple.

Some people didn't have the patience for process, so they tried occupation.

It's going to be hard. Trudeau has the liberal media behind him plus support from world leaders (especially Biden).
