I believe that is not a good way to approach it, or consider the matter, as I have seen the type you describe on both sides (making the issue black and white for our purposes, but fully knowing it is more than an "either/or" issue).

I think it is a matter of how engaged with the literature one is and the history, as well as how much real life experience a person has, that make for how aware or not aware they are.

My point is that your illogical conclusions are a LARP. I genuinely feel bad for anyone who got economically fuked by the shutdowns, but it's not all an orchestrated plan by some puppet masters. You guys latch onto that idea because it's easier to compartmentalize chaos & general human fallibility if you believe you have it all figured out.
I mean I'm not set on the specific mechanics of the events myself. It seems evident that the economic system broke back in 2007 and was never really fixed. Was the pandemic a purpose created event, or a chance event that has been exploited to forward an agenda? Could go either way on that still.

What has occurred purportedly in response to the pandemic event does seem to forward a new paradigm of more authoritarian government controls and less personal freedom.

That got me thinking about my social circle, every single one of my friends who tend to at least somewhat agree with op are the same as myself. Happily married, career & kids. Which also led me to the friends I know that believe it’s all black and white or coincidence, They’ve never seemed to be very intuitive long before any of this. Most are single and childless. Not that any of that really has anything to do with this imo.


Wanting to shut down the conversation when it’s in writing by the WEF is strange to me tbh. I’m not claiming to know any secret or end game, I just don’t see how at the very least someone couldn’t fathom people wanting to have total control.

A global government would be made up of unelected bureaucrats/technocrats and if you really want to get kooky probably mostly by advanced AI in the future. That means that what little say people have in how they're governed now would be reduced to zero and there would be absolutely no recourse or way that you could ever go back because there would be no autonomous nations left to fight it.
