Pro tips for paying off your student loan debt

Apply for a "construction loan" for your property. These can be anywhere from 5k to 350k.

Use construction loan money to pay off your student debt. Sell house directly after if you have one.

Refuse to pay the construction loan and claim bankruptcy.

Boom you just paid off all your student debt. Your credit will be bad for ten years but that's better than paying student loans off for 20+ years.

I've used construction loans before. Yes, they absolutely hand you a check that you can use to spend on whatever.

You sell it before you default on the payments. They could put a lean on the house, but they won't know if you quietly sell the house before you stop making payment on the construction loan.

I should of been in the mafia.

Commit fraud and destroy credit for 10 years to get out of paying what you owe.. You sound like a lazy millennial who supports Biden.
