-Ballad of Buster Scraggs (Netflixchit, 2018)
-Old Boy (2003)
-Falling Down (1993)
-The Lighthouse (2019)
-Space Truckers (1996)

None of them is especially bad, but I'd recommend Space Truckers the most, because it's lulzy.

This is a good one. Sean Connery is supposed to be on old James Bond in this movie. It's more fun to watch it knowing that.
Do not conform any longer to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God’s will is—his good, pleasing and perfect will.

And do this, understanding the present time. The hour has come for you to wake up from your slumber, because our salvation is nearer now than when we first believed. The night is nearly over; the day is almost here. So let us put aside the deeds of darkness and put on the armor of light.

Thought the same. Just drug on and on. Only part I enjoyed was the fight.

I like a movie with several plot lines. It was just 3 perspectives about one moment in time. And not an interesting moment in time. Nothing very interesting happens in that movie.

2.) Last Man Down - this was awful, but had a bunch of roided up military people and corny lines. It was like an 80's flashback.
3.) Halloween 2007 (Zombies remake)
4.) 13 Hours - one of my favs
5.) Not a movie, but binged "The Purge" series, I liked it.
I saw Last Man Down yesterday for the lolz. It is pretty dire. The way that roided-up hero dude swaggers around flexing his lats and grunts all his lines. Funny how the enemy forces are either huge ass bodybuilders, or scrawny weedy looking people and old guys.

I'm not here to derail a good thread.

I give myself props for finishing tbh. Almost turned it off.

I'm not exactly an average film viewer. I've studied film. I average 78 films a year from all time periods and genres since 2005, 50/yr in theatre. No reason to get offended because people happened to not like a movie you liked. It's all subjective. There was nothing great or groundbreaking about the film. It was a boring story.

im not offended. I just really enjoy film and actually enjoy getting into it about film. I'm somewhere in the 100-200 range a yr for the last 5 yrs from all time periods and genres as well. saw 224 films last yr. I dont mid ppl disagreeing i'd just like to know if they have reasons that make sense to me or if they're an average viewer. Film is all about entertainment but it is an art form that i respect because i know with care from a great group of creatives the level of entertainment and art is elevated.

--------

I saw Kings Man a few days ago. Its sort of cheesy/campy but If you've seen the other ones you might enjoy it more. It's def a silly film..i'd say its a good watch if you have nothing else to watch but if there is a few youre considering prob better off picking those over The Kings Man
