Can't imagine why you wouldn't buy SOL at this point... Low Cap, Stakeable, etc. Also, i think MATIC and ETH are biggies. Finally, i buy HUT8 mining for my bitcoin exposure. I have no desire to buy and hold bitcoin. Miners are a good way to get exposure without dealing with holding it in a cold wallet.

If you just kinda remain on the outside looking in, you will get the inpression that most crypto guys are degenerate gamblers desperate to do one of two things. Either looking for the next strike it rich coin by scattering their money across every new coin that appears, like scratching lottery tickets. Then you have those are invested emotionally and financially into one coin and is spamming every board across the internet trying to get it to raise a few percentage points.

It seems the new ponzi scheme is staking and NFTs. What most people don't pay attention to is that in the small print is goes into detail about the possibility of your stake just disappearing. All the celebrities and "influencers" are blasting social media with their apes trying to drive up the price.

The end game is the same, for the most part, people want to just cash out to dollar bills. You want to invest? Buy real estate and index funds and wait till you get old.

What would I do with 5k now? I’d probably use a weekly CSP to chase upwards some high premium stocks that I don’t mind owning like SOFI (do not buy this stock straight up thou) depending on what the premium, fundamentals, and the chart looks like. That’s easy money.

But if the above reads like Egyptian scriptures to you another idea I would consider is getting Bitcoin and borrowing against it at lowest rate you can find and using that money to sell calls and puts to generate income.

If you are straight up retard then just buy bitcoin and look again in 3 years. You’ll be fine. Just try to earn at least some % while you wait.

Idk brah, just don’t buy stupid sheit like meme coins, penny stocks, foreign stocks, airline stocks, stocks with no P/E ratio with rare exceptions like the SOFI I mentioned above, if you gonna buy stocks with no P/E ratio you gotta go small maybe no more than 5% of your portfolio, but more like 1%, and you gotta research the company and be really really sure that you believe in it’s future.

Another standard advice is to buy any dips on blue chips (sp500, apple, Amd, goog, amazon etc.) you can get a little bit. Don’t buy all at once. Spread it out.

Have a dozen plus projects, but Shiba Inu is where I've invested most. Lots of developments coming, starting with the AMC listing this month.

ETH by far. It's the king of crypto. It gets most things crypto done.

Or Bitcoin, the hot queen everyone wants to fuk, but who may be replaced once she gets old enough and rich simps find a new one.

But ETH is KING.

Rest is mostly a huge gamble. Trust me, I found out the hard way.
