I don't understand fishing if you're not going to eat it

My friend drove 1.5 hours to some ****ing aqueduct and he's been there for 6 hours. I asked him to show me what he caught and he said "Bro I got 3 hits"

And he throws them back in. After 6 hours and a 1.5-hour drive, you caught 3 fish and threw them back in. What the **** is the point of that???

whats the point in hiking if you arent going to buy the land

fishing is fun and relaxing, sit on the lake with some bros or your gf (dat fishing blowie) or yourself and just enjoy the scenary and maybe catch a fish

I would fully understand if it was a nice lake/nature. This dude is fishing in what looks like ****ing sewage in the middle of nowhere and he sat there for 6 hours without food/water/beer. Caught 3 fish in 6 whole hours

It’s relaxing AF.

When you go fishing. Literally the only thing you can think about is catching a fish.

Life’s problems are gone.

The only bad thing is time goes by to fast.


Pretty common for me to text the wife “on my way, few more casts”

3 hours later I haven’t left yet.
