Despite all these reports of the Russian army surrounding, bombing, and laying siege to the capital city of Kyiv, if you look at the live stream video of the city people are still just walking and driving around like normal.

Earlier today I saw 2 cars pull up to a restaurant and about 6-7 people got out and went inside for a bite to eat.

While light snow is already falling in parts of the country, heavier snow will move in on Thursday as an area of low pressure moves northward from the Black Sea and along the eastern Ukrainian border with Russia on Thursday and Friday.
