Why the fuk does everything in this misc section have to be divided and have fanboys on each. I have both games they are both good and different type of games. Just because Elden Ring (darksouls) switched to being open world and Horizon Zero Dawn is open world doesnt mean they are comparable.
Elden Ring is more for serious hardcore adult gamers that love a good challenge, the focus is on gameplay and beating very challenging bosses and HZD is more of a laid back story-driven game with a focus on story and good graphics. Elden ring is an RPG you can customize your character alot make different playstyles 100's of different weapons spells spears swords etc etc and HZD is none of that.
Not even gonna mention the fact that idiots are saying Horizon is bad because main character is a woman orn shes not hot enough seriously you are pathetic loser if you dont play a game and that is your reasoning.

I much prefer seeing the game makers congratulate each other, not "throw shade" like b!tchy children.
I saw the HZD team try to dehumanize anyone questioning the weird puffy-faced Aloy, and it made me not want to support them. Just like when Disney tried to claim anyone who didn't like Last Jedi were "toxic." Or the Last of Us 2 debacle. I mean some people exaggerated it (in no way is that game less than a 5/10) but the creators were ****gits (they wanted to piss everyone off then threw a tantrum when it worked? WTF?)
