If you’re not having a shake as breakfast you’re doing it wrong

It just what your body needs after sleeping all night.

Scoop of protein powder, walnuts, unsweetened almond milk, whole banana and some oats blended up . Goat breakfast. All vitamin and minerals

Add this to your breakfast or replace your breakfast with a shake.

Actually really similar to what I do. I up the protein to 2 scoops, use regular cow's milk, and add unsweetened coco powder. The banana has enough sugar to give kind of a dark chocolate/banana taste. Quick and easy.

I’m terrible at running out of bananas and then getting unripe ones lol. They are supposed to be good for your gut though. I just use almond milk since it’s only 30 cal and I’d rather have a bigger dinner/lunch.

For sure my HDL cholesterol was low so I’m trying to add more walnuts into my diet plus they taste pretty good. Super expensive though

I hear you on the bananas. Makes sense on the almond milk. Regular milk is ridiculous for sugar (but good for protein). I could see making the same choice, but I just stick with cow's milk out of convenience.

morning ~ 250 calories
Evening ~ 250 calories

2 snacks a day = 80 calories each = 160 calories

lunch : 4 pieces of grilled lean steak = ~ 600 calories

Total = 1250 calories a day
1 cheat meal day per week :4000 calories , divided by 7 days = ~600 calories a days

so in total its 1850 calories a day

Hell yeah. Do this every day. 1 banana, frozen blueberries, greek yogurt, protein scoop, dash of OJ and milk, frozen spinach chunks, mango, pineapple, dash of cinnamon and vanilla extract. Will replace milk with V8 greens from time to time.

Edit: If you use banana, you have to use a dash of cinnamon. It compliments the banana bigly.

I never use cinnamon but I did make banana “pancakes” the other day and added cinnamon and it changed the whole flavor. Will try
