Some of the best times of my life were working in a big office with a team of 40+ 22-30 year olds who were all attractive and went out together.

Not trying to playa hate but I could never work in a cube. God didn’t put me on the earth to work in a cube.

How do you actually get a job working in a cube? There’s lots of cubicells but what do they actually do?

I think we might see an optional approach start to take place. A whole bunch of people will soon be demanding raises to cover inflation or continue working from home to save on the transportation costs.

Try working in an open office environment. Basically a cube farm but no walls - just a bunch of desks out in the open. I did it for a year and it was miserable.

This is probably the only thing I miss about working for someone else. Actually having conversations with people other than clients and going out for liquid lunches.

Don't understand why more employers aren't allowing home working to continue to a certain degree. I will only have to go back 1-2 times a week.

It's better for the environment and saves money.

I used to work in a massive open concept office. It was awesome. We would have mini put and ping pong tourneys and prank each other all day (taping the undersides of mouses, flipping peoples screens and changing their backgrounds)

As much as I hate wageceling, this really does sound like a good time.

That said, you can do this outside of work, so why spend 40 and 50 hours with those people? And you can't even smash the office sloots or you risk getting fired. Not to mention the possibility of rumors.

It wasn't sustainable. My old place of work was literally wolf of wall street lite. Everyone did smash each other too. A new group of 19 year old 8/10 interns would come in twice per year and all of us would just smash them. I remember our bosses would give us the names and we'd all creep them prior to their arrival lol.. It was like Christmas 2 x per year. It made it bearable though. Now I work in a small office, I'm the youngest here and I have my own office, sit here all day isolated.

Yeah I work in an office full of 50 year olds LOL. It'd be nice to have some eye candy, but I just wouldn't want to risk it. I'd rather learn to be social outside of work and meet sloots that way.

For a lot of folks, work is their social life. I don't want to go down that route.

Yeah man 100 percent agreed. I got myself into some trouble with the office sloots, not worth it.

Always separate your personal and work life. Never get hammered with colleagues, never smash colleagues.
