In all seriousness, she wants you to do something about this. It's a **** test to see if you can make her feel taken care of. Whether or not that's childish or whatever, doesn't matter, you have to suck it up and do something. Just pull the guy aside and straight up tell the guy firmly tell him to not talk to your wife anymore, and to lose her Instagram. Tell him it is coming from the both of you, and it is very simple, there is no need for him to talk to her to try and apologize are clarify, simply do not approach her again. Obviously, if you're shaking, stuttering, and staring at the ground, he may not take it as seriously. Tell her you took care of it, and if he keeps talking to her to tell you and you'll deal with it from there.

Obviously there are possible consequences, like if he is a big bitch about it, he could talk **** about you to everyone in the gym. Like oh mannnn they are so crazy I talk to her once and her husband is THREATENING ME. Which, if people believe, and it is a small gym community, might have people looking at you guys weird. Odds are, he will just move on, or he will try to talk to her to see if she actually wanted you to do that, in which case you've got a bigger headache on your hands.

In short, it's a **** test. If you don't take action, she will see it as a slight on your masculinity, because you cannot take care of her. Have fun.
