Kelly Clarkson got divorce raped

Clarkson will pay Blackstock an immense, one-time payment of $1.3 million, along with monthly child support, which began Feb. 1, totaling $45,601 for their two children, according to court documents obtained by The Blast. The former couple has also agreed to joint custody of their kids, daughter River Rose, 7, and son Remington Alexander, 5, though both will primarily live with Clarkson.

However, Blackstock will stay at the former couple’s ranch until June, paying Clarkson just $2,000 a month. While the one-time payment of more than $1 million might seem like enough, the “Since You’ve Been Gone” singer will also pay Blackstock $115,000 in spousal support each month until Jan. 31, 2024.

No of course not, and neither was Adele's ex husband when he collected 100 million or so following their divorce settlement.

It's like that Eddie Murphy stand-up bit when he was talking about Johnny Carson's divorce. "What do you do in a marriage to deserve 700 million dollars?" referring to his ex wife.

Divorce proceedings are ****ed up from all angles. I have a bro who almost went through a divorce and his wife told him some woman at DHS or wherever coached her on how to essentially lie on the paperwork to collect maximum payouts and child support. Just ****ed. I don't see any way these laws can change, realistically, either.
