Hey misc, bb advice pls x

So I just checked this health card I had in my pocket says I was 100kg at 183cm 3nd of June last year.. now I'm at about 70-75kg.. didn't really get any progress pics tho.. any advice on how to take em and track my progress as I try to rebuild?

Kinda don't wanna screw up symmetry.. and will hope to resolve some.. haven't gotten permission to concrete in the landlords garden yet so I picked up a couple kettle bells.. not wanting to watch any PT bros yet so I'm just messing about with these ****ers and some stabilisers are feeling aite.. got some boxing gloves and pads arrivin in the mail.. might set up an assault course for the wartime.. live with 10 others in this joint. Need errybody ready.

Cool story bro

Take relaxed pics from the front, sides, and back.

You can't join a gym?

Here’s my advice

Give up on symmetry and looking good until you know different exercises and how to use the equipment to perform them and can feel proper mind muscle connection.

Then take pictures

Then post the pictures and remake this thread

Then you can have this conversation with people.

What the fuk are people even supposed to tell you at this point? We have no idea what you look like and so far the only knowledge we have is you like to swing around kettlebells like a retard and want to shadow box with your flat mates.

There's gyms near which are £20 a month but their weights only go for 6 months worth for me.. there's a 24 hour gym down the road which is £50 a month if I do 3 months.. which I would do once I'd built up a nice base and the bombs were dropping and I felt like ridin a bike

Haha yes exactly, I'm not a marketing genius but that's exactly what I wanted to convey. Now I hope to mould my body into something.. I can't get into the military near me but I'd like to get fighting fit in case.. I am pretty good with the triggers on my Xbox.. can beat anyone at FiFA (srs)

Yes, you're right.. muscle activation is paramount for me, hence me testing my range of motion and how I can manoeuvre in different areas, I think my strength has healed in the last few years.. I remember back before I lost all that weight the time before this, I had a muscle memory of press-ups in my chest which was recently activated.. I never really worked arms or chest because of you miscers so I just did deadlifts, got up to bout tree fiddy then went uni got laid and did all that.. now I'm well.. I don't have a mirror to take progress photos in but I got this new housemate whose a chick who said she used to work out so maybe I could ask her?

And well, I keep going to my squat rack and trying to overhead press the weight and then front and back and we'll same thing happened again few days ago, grass is lumpy, knee went.. walked funny a couple days.. I want a flat solid platform! I was talkin to a sparkie whose working with travellers come Monday at the park earlier, havin a bevvie, and this bloke reckoned no point concreting, just dig the earth flat and boom chicken dinner.
